Each Wood Jersey is the result of a precise intersection between digital design and manual craftsmanship. We don’t use printing of any kind; instead, every element you see is a physical inlay, meticulously cut and assembled to create a layered, three-dimensional effect.

The process begins with high-quality, custom-made maple veneer sheets. Using precision laser technology, we cut the jersey into dozens of intricate components—some designs requiring as many as 40 individual pieces. Each of these elements is then painted and inlaid by hand, mounting them onto a premium MDF backing to ensure structural integrity and a high-end finish.

Developing a custom jersey is a design-heavy undertaking. We spend hours mapping out the logo to determine which elements should be raised to provide the best 3D detail.
