RETURN POLICY

The Wood Jerseys team does not believe in "good enough". We take pride in creating an exceptional product and positive buying experience - and that is what we aim to deliver with every order.

If you received your Jersey and you are not satisfied, we offer a money back guarantee. Requests for a refund must be received within five calendar days of delivery. Jerseys purchased in November and December for Christmas gifts are and exception and refund requests will be honoured until January 5 of the next calendar year.

Shipping for refunds is the responsibility of the customer and we must receive the product within 14 days of the refund request.

Once the piece safely reaches us and we have confirmed there are no damage and the Jersey is in saleable condition, we will refund back to the original source of payment.

Prior to purchase, please ensure you are aware of the size and weight so there are no surprises upon delivery.

DAMAGES CAUSED BY SHIPPING

If your Jersey arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
  • Save original packaging.
  • Take photos of the specific damage to the shipping box as well as damages caused to the jersey, send photos to TiffPolancec@Goodply.ca
  • Our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
  • Do not send the package back until we contact you.
