RETURN POLICY

The Wood Jersey team does not believe in ‘good enough.’ We take pride in creating an exceptional product and positive buying experience - and that is what we aim to deliver with every order. Prior to purchasing, please ensure you are aware of the size and weight so there are no discrepancies or surprises upon delivery. If you received your jersey and you are not satisfied, we will offer a money back guarantee. This offer will be subjected to 5-days post delivery and you will be required to cover the shipping cost to return the jersey (in the original packaging), within 3-days of notifying us. Once the piece safely reaches us and we have confirmed there are no damages, we will refund back to the original source of payment.

DAMAGES CAUSED BY SHIPPING

We offer every customer a 48-hour post delivery period to request a return due to damages caused by shipping. If this is the case, please follow these steps:
  • Save original packaging
  • Take photos of the specific damage to the shipping box as well as damages caused to the jersey, send photos to TiffPolancec@Goodply.ca
  • Our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
  • Do not send the package back until we contact you.
